Order processing time:
We take pride in handcrafting each product to ensure the utmost quality.
Our general processing time is 1-3 business days.
Please note that the processing time does NOT include the delivery time. Once your order is carefully packed and ready to go, we'll promptly ship it to you, and you'll receive a notification with shipping details.
Return Policy:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for damaged items.
If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us via email at tatagamesstudio@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged items attached. We'll be delighted to promptly replace or refund your purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Order Issues:
For any problems with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or damage, please contact us at tatagamesstudio@gmail.com. We'll promptly send a replacement or process a refund based on your preference.
Combining Orders:
Yes, we can combine orders if they haven't shipped yet. Email us at tatagamesstudio@gmail.com to request this.
If we notice two orders heading to the same address before shipping, we'll automatically combine them, refunding any saved shipping fees.
