  • Order processing time:
    We take pride in handcrafting each product to ensure the utmost quality. Our general processing time is 1-3 business days. Please note that the processing time does NOT include the delivery time. Once your order is carefully packed and ready to go, we'll promptly ship it to you, and you'll receive a notification with shipping details.
  • Return Policy:
    All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for damaged items. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us via email at with a photo of the damaged items attached. We'll be delighted to promptly replace or refund your purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority.
  • Order Issues:
    For any problems with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or damage, please contact us at We'll promptly send a replacement or process a refund based on your preference.
  • Combining Orders:
    Yes, we can combine orders if they haven't shipped yet. Email us at to request this. If we notice two orders heading to the same address before shipping, we'll automatically combine them, refunding any saved shipping fees.
  • Shipping Destinations:
    Currently, we offer shipping exclusively within Canada. For our international customers, we kindly invite you to visit our Etsy shop for a seamless ordering experience.
  • Shipping Method:
    All orders are carefully packaged in kraft envelopes and primarily shipped through Canada Post.
  • Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping Duration:
    Expected delivery times are as follows: Lettermail (no tracking): 1 - 2 weeks (considered lost after 3 weeks) Registered Lettermail (with tracking): 3 - 4 business days
  • Order Tracking:
    Tracking information, if available for your selected postage, will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Regular lettermail shipments do not have tracking.
  • Lost Order Policy:
    In the unfortunate event that your order is lost, kindly note that we are NOT responsible for lost packages. Once your item has been marked as shipped, we no longer have control over its transit.
